1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CORSLocate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CORSLocate is a marketplace platform that connects surveyors with CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) network operators. We facilitate the discovery, subscription, and credential delivery for CORS station access.

Important: CORSLocate does not own or operate CORS stations. We are a platform connecting users with independent network operators. The quality, availability, and performance of CORS stations are the responsibility of respective operators.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Subscription prices are set by individual network operators and displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices may vary between operators and subscription durations.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once credentials have been delivered. However, if a station experiences significant downtime (greater than 20% of your subscription period), you may request a pro-rated credit. Contact support within 7 days of the issue to request a credit.

5. NTRIP Credentials

Upon successful payment, you will receive NTRIP credentials for the selected station. These credentials are:

  • Personal and non-transferable
  • Valid only for the subscription period purchased
  • For use with surveying equipment only

Sharing, reselling, or distributing credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell NTRIP credentials
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

CORS station availability is dependent on individual network operators. We display real-time status information but cannot guarantee station uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

CORSLocate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORSLocate shall not be liable for:

  • CORS station downtime or performance issues
  • Errors in survey data resulting from CORS corrections
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific subscription in question.

9. For Network Operators

Network operators listing stations on CORSLocate agree to:

  • Provide accurate station information
  • Maintain reasonable station uptime
  • Deliver valid credentials in a timely manner
  • Honor all subscriptions sold through the platform

CORSLocate charges a platform fee of 15% per transaction. Payouts are processed monthly to the designated bank account.

10. Intellectual Property

The CORSLocate name, logo, and app are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
